The one and only education program was developed for the improvement of achievement goal orientation and self management abilities.
In 2014 Representative Kim Hyeri became the first doctor who studied with the subject of “ Image Management for her thesis and developed the program of personal image management (PPoIM)
based on the study. Personal image management is self management with self evaluation based on the current image state analysis, goal setting, plan implementation and
feedback in order to realize an ideal image. She is taking continuous effort into diffusing the 1-person image management education across Korea so that all people in Korea could find the true happiness through the accomplishment of authentic ideal image.

Personal Program of Image Management Adviser Training Course (PPoIM+) is for nurturing advisers who could educate ‘Personal Program of Image Management’.
Representative Kim Hyeri is also instructing how to use educational materials more productively which was registered in Korea Copyright Commission. Many positive changes have resulted form her commitment to the training of the program. Anyone who completes this course, PPoIM could have an ability to teach easily and successfully with a standardized educational material. Knowledge increases by sharing but not by saving. Education is the first start of a project, one –person image management professional.

program was developed!
Director Kim Hyeri studied the personal color analysis theory. Further research is being carried out to obtain more conclusive result on the personal color diagnosis method and 4 season color tones which were studied for more than 10 years.
Finally her thesis was proven in the prestigious Journal of Convergence Information Technology(JCIT) and later developed the diagnosis fabric based on the proven theory in 2014 and developed the international professional program of personal color consultant training based on the systematic theory.
Currently, all the trainees who attended the program course acquired the Japan NPO color certificate.
Kim Hyeri obtained the highest level, Module 3 certificate ( NPO Personal Color Adviser Certificate ). She said the result should boost efforts to get image professionals have more passion and energy for international activities

In 2010 AICI, (Association of Image Consultant International) in America gave an opportunity to her to expand her mind. She could have a variety of image view points and her efforts were combined to meet the higher standards of the world. She also could have more global mindset that combines an openness and awareness of diversity across cultures and markets with an ability to see leading patterns in an image field across nations.
Since then, representative Kim Hyeri developed the program of international image consultant training. She is taking an effort to educate domestic image consultants who would like to do international activities and instruct image professionals in how to model a growth and global mindset. This program will give a good training guide for image consultants who is ready for international activities. The program aims to give a practical overview of how you can behave as an international image professionals of commendable qualities with global manners. FLC is an American certificate proven by 26 nations across the world. The total number of image consultants with FLC in Korea is 9. Now 4 image consultants acquired the international certificate, FLC, including representative Kim Hyeri through the program. This program will be a leading runner in training international image professionals for the improvement of Korea image.

Director Kim Hyeri designed a program based on theories of her 2009 image management master’s thesis of Korea International Culture University of Graduate.
She joined a project team of ‘2012 Silla University Women Engineers Curriculum Co-development ‘for the training of the students qualified with manners and qualifications as a desirable workers and the improvement rate and won an achievement award from the president of Silla University.
